Make traditional authentic Swedish Christmas gnomes, called Tomtes, meant to bring good luck and protection during the dark evenings approaching yule. We'll create them while learning how to needle felt, holding them together with no stitch work and traditional wool doll making technique, pre-made felt yardage, needle felt technique and authentic Gotland Locks, which is a heritage Swedish breed of sheep. Students in this class will make a pair of gnomes - 1 large and 1 small.
